1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Valoris Club platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Valoris Club is an exclusive professional networking platform that offers:

  • Verified member directory
  • Communication and messaging tools
  • Event and booking management
  • Member-to-member services marketplace
  • Recommendation and referral system
  • Mastermind groups and business opportunities

3. Eligibility and Membership

Membership in Valoris Club is subject to approval and requires:

  • Being over 18 years old
  • Completing a full and truthful application
  • Being proposed by an existing member (when applicable)
  • Payment of applicable membership fee
  • Acceptance of the club Honor Code

4. Plans and Payments

Membership Plans

We offer Silver (monthly), BlackGold (annual) and Ambassador (by invitation) plans. Prices are available on the Plans page and may be updated periodically.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize recurring billing according to the chosen frequency. You can cancel at any time.

Refunds

14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. After that period, fees are non-refundable, except in case of a rejected application (full refund within 5 business days). Upon cancellation, you will maintain access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for details.

5. Member Conduct

Members must:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date profile information
  • Respect other members and use appropriate language
  • Not use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Not share illegal, offensive or defamatory content
  • Respect the confidentiality of shared information
  • Comply with the Valoris Club Honor Code

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you share. By posting, you grant Valoris Club a non-exclusive license to use that content on the platform.

Our Content

All platform content (logos, texts, images, software) is property of Valoris Club and is protected by copyright. You may not copy or use without prior authorization.

7. Responsibilities and Limitations

Valoris Club:

  • Does not guarantee business or networking results
  • Does not validate all information shared by members
  • Is not responsible for transactions between members
  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability
  • Reserves the right to modify or discontinue services

Valoris Club's liability is limited to the value of fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contractual relationship under the following terms:

  • By the User: You may cancel your account at any time in profile settings
  • By Valoris Club: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
